Marissa asks if she will have to do her own blood tests and shots at camp because her parents do it for her at home.

Dear Marissa,
Camp is a great place that enables kids to learn how to give their own insulin injections and do their blood tests.  The doctors and nurses have classes to help campers do their testing and injections.  Of course, a cabin counselor, doctor, or nurse can help you with your testing and injections.
